Quality of service and professionalism has gone way down un the past year. The old technician would take his time servicing our house for both spiders and mice. He would make sure all of the spider webs were off the house and all the bait stations were good to go. Our last quarterly service Tammie sprayed the outside of the house and I asked her to spray the inside too. She told me no because she just sprayed it 4-5 weeks prior. Well my wife and I were eaten alive by spiders a couple days later.
