Spent over a thousand dollars with this company. They did a bait and switch on us. When we called for a quote for our raccoon problem they told us they would do an inspection for $175 plus tax and if we decide to get traps ($350 plus tax) they would refund us the inspection cost. After I asked for the refund the manager Rick said that we misunderstood and that we would have get the traps done the same day as the inspection which we were not told it had to be on the SAME day! He kept saying
