He was thorough in his examination of the house for ant entry points and did a good job spraying problem areas inside and out. As an aside, I almost didn’t use Batzner because of the person who manned the phones that day - rude and with hard core up selling. But now I’m glad I did use Batzner as I am very satisfied with the ant treatment and delighted to have had all my questions answ
